The work
Offices the way we leave them, after hours. No staged crews and no stock smiles — just the floor, the glass and the desks.

Raleigh, North Carolina
Why us
- 12 years
- Founded in March 2014 and cleaning the Raleigh area every year since. Same owner, same crew names on the schedule.
- LLC
- G&D Cleaning Services LLC — a North Carolina limited liability company, not a franchise office.
- 7 cities
- Raleigh, Garner, Apex, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Cary.
- Commercial first
- Business spaces are the core of the work, not a side line we picked up later.
- 2 lines
- Two direct phone lines. You reach a person, not a ticket queue.
- Owner on site
- The owner walks the space with you before quoting it, so the number you get is for your building — not an average.

What clients say
We switched after two years of chasing our old company for the same three things. G&D just does them. The lobby glass has not had a fingerprint on it since February.
They come in after we close and we have never once opened to a problem. Operatories, floors, waiting room. The owner walked the whole place with me before he quoted it.
Warehouse floor and the front offices, three nights a week. They show up on the nights they said they would, which is most of the job in this business.
